1. How to Request a Refund
Email support@easyhebrew.is with the purchase email, date of purchase, plan, and a short explanation. We may ask for extra details to locate the transaction and review the request.
2. Platform Access
- Paid access is currently activated manually after request and payment confirmation.
- First-time platform purchases may be refunded within 7 calendar days after access activation or purchase, whichever occurs later. Requests must be sent by email, and refund eligibility may be denied if the account has been misused, shared, or used to download, copy, or extensively consume materials.
- After the 7-day window, platform access fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where EasyHebrew confirms a duplicate charge or unresolved technical access problem caused by us.
- Cancellation requests should be sent to support@easyhebrew.is.
3. Manual Payments and Refund Method
If you paid by manual bank transfer or another direct payment method, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or by another agreed transfer method.
4. Technical Access Issues
If a technical issue caused by EasyHebrew prevents access to paid platform services, contact us promptly. We may provide troubleshooting, extend access, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually submitted to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Current access periods after access has been used, except as stated above or required by law.
- Discounts, promotional credits, and gifted access unless required by law.
- Fees charged by banks, card issuers, or currency conversion providers.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue quickly. We reserve the right to suspend access while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
8. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
