1. Digital Delivery Only
EasyHebrew provides digital educational services and online platform access. We do not ship physical goods unless specifically stated.
2. Platform Access Delivery
- For customers who pay by manual bank transfer or another direct payment method, platform access is activated after payment confirmation.
- Manual account activation is usually completed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Access details are sent by email or provided through the customer’s online account.
- Users must provide a valid email address to receive access instructions and account notices.
3. Learning Materials
- Exercises, flash cards, vocabulary lists, and similar materials may be provided inside the platform, by email, or through another agreed digital channel.
- Some materials may be released, updated, or personalized over time as the platform evolves.
- Users are responsible for using a compatible device and stable internet connection.
4. Delivery Area
Because delivery is digital, EasyHebrew can serve users in many countries where the services can be lawfully offered and where reliable internet access is available.
5. Delivery Problems
If you do not receive access after payment confirmation, contact support@easyhebrew.is. Include the email used for purchase and any payment or order reference you have.
6. Timing and Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. Support and manual setup requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible.
